The city was established at the confluence of the Kansas and Missouri rivers, and its name was derived from the Kansas River. However, the majority of the city is situated in Missouri, with only a small portion extending into the state of Kansas. This has led to some confusion over the years, but the city's primary location and governance remain in Missouri. **

The people are friendly and welcoming, and the state offers a slower pace of life compared to larger cities. Overall, I think Kansas is a charming and underrated state with a lot to offer. **
